#7YearsofRNBDJ was trending so we decided to take another look at the movie so that we can figure out why we fell in love with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in the first place!
1. We couldn’t help but love King Khan’s “geeky” look, this was probably the first time we saw the dashing hero as something other than a naughty, smart-mouth hero.
2. Who could forget Raj’s super eager and awkward pick up lines…
3. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi taught us the meaning of being macho!
4. RNBDJ also taught us the power of a mustache and glasses…
5. Let’s not forget that RNBDJ was actually the first ABCD, teaching geeky Surinder Sahni to dance was no small feet. “Dance Pe Chance” was a hit and taught everyone how to dance!
6. If we’re looking at music how could we forget the absolutely mesmerizing title track! The beautiful lyrics are so touching with so much depth it is one everyone falls in love with.

7. Silly pick up lines and awkward make-overs aside, RNBDJ showed us that love is all about giving, not receiving. Love can show up from the most unexpected places and we just need to keep our hearts open to it. If your love is pure it will be reciprocated one day, patience and persistence is all you need.
