T-series along with Colors have announced a musical extravaganza ‘Suron Ke Rang Colors Ke Sang – Salaam Shri Gulshan Kumar,‘ which is a musical concert tribute to Shri Gulshan Kumar and will celebrate three decades of T-Series. For the first time ever, the audience will see actor Ayushmann Khurrana along with singers Sonu Nigam and Shaan host an event together to take audiences on a musical journey of Shri
Gulshan Kumar for T-Series along side the who’s who of the Indian music and film industry.
Ayushmann Khurrana has proven to be a successful singer-composer, in addition to being a fantastic actor. His first single ‘Mitti Di Khushboo‘ was presented by Bhushan Kumar (T-Series), and garnered positive feedback from his audience.
Sonu Nigam, who is one of the best male singers and has sung for all the leading men in the Hindi film industry, similarly started his music journey with T-Series. Sonu Nigam was launched by T-Series with his album ‘Deewana.‘ This album with the music label turned out to be his first biggest successful album of all time. His professional relationship with T-Series gave him a chance to work with the father-son duo Shri
Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar and soon soon turned into a strong personal bond. Sonu finds his relation with Gulshanji very close to the heart. As such, it made him immediately agree to host the event
with the others.
Like Ayushmaan and Sonu, Shaan too has a strong connection with T-Series. In fact, the singer has sung many compositions for T-Series. So, he was very happy to be a part of the event, which celebrates music and the man whose passion for music took the entire industry to experiment and explore more avenues in the field.
The Concert, a tribute to Late Gulshan Kumar, will witness the participation of stalwarts from the world of Indian music as they come together to salute the magnificence that was Shri Gulshan Kumar and recreate some of the best longstanding T-Series ballads which have marked the brand’s success over the past three decades. The event will be held in Mumbai on 22nd September and will air on COLORS later this year.
