Banned in India, Unfreedom attracts viewers at private screenings!

Raj Amit Kumar’s directorial debut Unfreedom, which focuses on the objectification of women, LGBTQ issues and religious intolerance, has felt its share of backlash upon its initial release. Now the film is attar acting audiences at private screenings!

Set in two contrasting cities, the film focuses on the lives of Mohammed Husssain (Bhanu Uday), a Muslim fundamentalist in New York and Leela Singh (Preeti Gupta), a closeted homosexual in New Delhi.
