ANU RANJAN celebrates women in Sports!

Today in South West London, Anu Ranjan will join a distinguished group of businesswomen and men to enjoy the 2015 Wimbledon Ladies Tennis Final.

The fact that this is the Ladies Final is significant in so many ways. Surprisingly it is only 8 years since the introduction of equal prize money for the men and women players with many still believing that the men’s game is ‘more interesting or attractive’ to watch. This is hard to believe, if you have ever witnessed the powerhouse that is Serena Williams move around the court at lightening speed.

Not only will this day be about witnessing and celebrating the absolute pinnacle of women in sport, but Anu will be hosted by Gerrie Smith– Managing Director of the female lead global branding consultancy HONOUR and Amjad Aly- Business Director Honour.

 

Anu and Gerrie will be joined by other significant women, including the Maharani of Baroda, Fatima da Gloria – Director of Brand & Communcations at SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, Emma Isaac – Group Brand and Marketing Director at Barclays and Melinda Kecskes– Global Airline Executive and The Maharaja of Baroda ,Mike Crump-Aviation Branding Specialist amongst other dignitaries..

Anu’s passion for the rights of women and girls is self-evident as the founder of ‘BETI – a movement‘  that works tirelessly to bring justice to the fairer sex.
