After a successful run with the Indian Premier League’s (IPL) team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) owner and Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has now taken on another T20 team under his wings. This time the actor has gone international.
Shah Rukh Khan now owns the Trinidad and Tobago team in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). Advertisements for the third installment of the CPL are already running and the matches are all set to be played between June 20 to July 26.
Big names taking part in the CPL include Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo. Bravo is part of Shah Rukh’s team which also features South Africa’s great Jacques Kallis, who has previous played for his home team KKR.
