Tiger Shroff successfully concludes Sandip Soparrkar's second edition of India Dance Week with much fanfare

Bollywood actor and heartthrob of today Tiger Shroff, best known for his dancing skills and six pack abs graced India Dance Week and was seen dancing on his Heropanti songs, later he conferred the winner – BTD Crew from Allahbad with the award.  Organized by Sandip Soparrkar and Phoenix Market City Kurla, the two days dance extravaganza witnessed the best talent from India.

The event began with an amazing dance performance by Sandip Soparrkar who shook a leg with mentally challenged children from the NGO – Advait Foundation followed by some remarkable performances of various dance styles delivered by the contestants. The panel of judges for the competition comprised of veterans like Jasveer Kaur, Sudha Chandran, Meghna Naidu and Rohit Verma who added glamour to the evening. The Indo Brazilian singer, Carlyta Maria Mouhini gave an exhilarating performance on her popular Bollywood numbers Senorita (Zindagi Milegi na Dobara), Le Le Mazale (Wanted) and other hit Bollywood tracks. The show was hosted by actor Amit Dolawat who kept the audience on their feet with his wit and spunk.

Sandip Soparrkar said, “The response that we got at the finale of India dance week was phenomenal and with Tiger Shroff being with us, we all dancers could not have asked for more.”

Phoenix Market City Kurla along with Sandip Soparrkar celebrated the second edition of India Dance Week in the city on 25th and 26th April 2015 which witnessed participants from different parts of India coming together to perform on various styles of dance. Each performer at the event was guided and groomed by none other than Sandip Soparrkar, one of the leading choreographers of our country.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rajendra Kalkar, Senior Center Director said, “We are extremely pleased to host the second edition of India Dance Week. This year, we witnessed an upsurge in participation. We hosted it at our alfresco dining space, The Courtyard, and hope to continue this property every year to encourage all the gifted dancers of India.”

The winners were bestowed with prizes such as a free personal dance training for a year at Sandip Soparrkar’s Ballroom dance studio, goodie bags worth Rs. 10,000, membership at the country club for a year, vouchers and exciting gift hampers from Phoenix Market City and also a free trip to Bangkok.
