The blockbuster film, Heropanti has been recognized at the prestigious Asian Customer Engagement Forums and Awards 2015 for its digital campaign. EveryMedia Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a digital marketing agency, was responsible for the film’s digital drive that won the first runner-up award. The film was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
The digital campaign had various activities that included giving the audience a chance to connect one-on-one with the leads of the film, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon. The #HeropantiTrailer launch contest, Whistle Baja memes including various Bollywood celebrities, #DanceWithTiger etc. were strategically planned activities to convey the film’s message. Visual content in the form of a video tutorial titled ‘Learn Heropanti With Tiger Shroff’ received over 100,000 hits on Facebook, making the best use of Tiger’s gymnastic skills. With such innovative ideas the campaign successfully generated huge buzz and a community of followers, almost unheard of for a debutant movie.
