We know who has a ton of bling! Akshay Kumar does! Actor Akshay Kumar leaves no stone unturned when it comes to teasing his fans with glimpses of his upcoming projects. This time he has above and beyond! Donning a sardar avatar after seven years, Akshay was clicked on the sets of his upcoming movie “Singh is Bling” where he shared the picture with his fans on the microblogging site Twitter saying:
“Thank you to my super team at @GrazingGoatPix for these fab goodies from @CavalliCaffeDel 🙂 #SinghIsBliing”.
The movie will be Prabhudheva and Akshay’s second outing after ‘Rowdy Rathore’ and it also features Lara Dutta and Amy Jackson.
Akshay Kumar has been in Patiala these days for the shooting of the film. To add to the excitement, the small village in Punjab’s Sangrur district has been getting a colorful makeover by the production team. The narrow streets have been painted in bright hues of red, orange and yellow to give the village an ancient feel for the shooting of some sequences. Enamoured by the star cast, the villagers have been sharing Punjabi food with their favourite star Akshay.
Just last week Akshay had taken to social media to inform about the beginning of the shoot:
“In Patiala, started the day with Waheguru’s blessings at the Gurudwara and now it’s time for day 1 of #SinghIsBliing!
Singh is Bling is scheduled for release internationally on 2nd October, 2015.
