Anil Kapoor lends his support to Shabana Azmi's Mijwan Welfare Society!

The multifaceted Anil Kapoor speaks about the amazing initiative that Shabana Azmi has undertaken, the Mijwan Welfare Society. The initiative was started by her father, Kaifi Azmi. It is an NGO that works for the betterment of a small village in UP called Mijwan, where Kaifi Azmi was born. The NGO aims to educate girls of Mijwan and give them a source of income. Shabana and her goddaughter, Namrata Goyal are carrying forth Kaifi Azmi’s legacy through this NGO.

There is a star studded fashion show that is being organized for April 4th. We will see talented actors like Anil Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Javed Akhtar, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shatrughan Sinha and Sonakshi Sinha walk the ramp for this great cause. The theme of the fashion show is ‘Legacy‘.
