Life OK will be saying goodbye to Sonali Bendre’s show, Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye. Shashi-Sumeet Mittal’s upcoming show, Dream Girl Ek Ladki Deewani Si will be taking its place starting on March 9th. The show is about a girl named Lakshmi (Nikita Dutta) who aspires to become an actress and is doing anything and everything possible to achieve her dream.
Lakshmi wants to become like her idol, Ayesha (Shraddha Arya) and the show will follow her struggle in trying to achieve her dream. The backdrop of the show is set in Rajasthan and we will see a very rustic approach to the show. Life OK recently released a promo where we see Lakshmi doing everything possible like stealing, praying and going to a fortune teller to find out if she will be going to Mumbai to try to reach her goal of becoming a superstar.
The promo of the show looks interesting. Notably missing from the promo is Shraddha. We do get glimpses of her as there are posters and pictures of her throughout the promo. Take a look at the promo and let us know what you think of it.
