Nafisa ali Gave nightmares to son, Ajit sodhi

It is tough for a child to understand the concept of acting, moreso if its one’s mother involved. Nafisa Ali’s son Ajit Sodi who is all set to debut in JP Gene’s  Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le had a traumatic experience to share. Apparently as a tot Ajit saw one of his mother’s film AATANK (1996) and had nightmares! IMG_6660-Edit(2)

The actor who will be debuting opposite JP Dutta’s daughter Nidhi, reminisced,

“it is a memory that makes me laugh now but had me terrified back then is of my mom being eaten by a shark in Aatank (1996). It gave me nightmares because I couldn’t understand how after that, she could’ve been standing right there!” says Ajit.

While Ajit had a great time shooting for Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le, the actor confesses he couldn’t have done it without his mother’s support. He further adds, “She’s my critic and she doesn’t hold back in giving me advice on my acting. And, when it’s constructive criticism, it only helps you grow. I’ve learned a lot from her.”

JP Gene’s Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le in association with Sunday Talkies, directed by Binoy Gandhi, stars, Nidhi Dutta and Ajit Sodhi in lead, along with Sagarika Ghatge, Vivan Bathena, Taha Shah, Diganth Manchale,  and Sabina Sheema.
