‘Sanngto Aika’ wins hearts in its first weekend

Veteran Marathi actor Sachin Pilgaonkar’s latest film ‘Sanngto Aika’ recently opened to massive fan response all over Maharashtra.   Pilgaonkar’s fans took the movie to heart, appreciating the social message it delivers. Twitter features some interesting viewpoints from avid Sachin Pilgaonkar supporters.  One fan, @sachin0689 says, “@sidchandekar Absolutely bro!.its combo of S3 (#Sachin sir, #Sathish sir, &@Sanskruti19 mam)!thats why @SanngtoAika is Awesome!@p1prathamesh”

In addition to fans, celebrities like Shreyas Talpade, Swapnil Joshi, Ashok Saraf, Shagufta Ali, Nirmiti Sawant, Pushkar Shrotri, Santosh Juvekar, Akshay Oberoi and Sandeepa Dhar apart from Sachin’s wife Supriya Pilgaonkar were also seen lauding the film and Sachin’s performance!

Shreyas Talpade called the film ‘absolutely superb’!  Marathi actor Santosh Juvekar said, “Take my advice and watch this film in theatres only. Amazing film!” Akshay Oberoi appreciated the film’s dialogues and the performances in it. Actress Sandeepa Dhar found the film’s topic relevant to current times. Swapnil Joshi tweeted his support to the cast and crew of the film, saying “Best wishes to #Sachinji #satish and the entire team of @sanngtoaika tat releases today. Go watch it Coz this seasonz flavour is #ambat”.

‘Sanngto Aika’, produced by Vidhi Kasliwal and presented by Landmarc Films, is directed by renowned director Satish Rajwade. The makers have put together a power-packed cast and crew for the film, with Marathi actors Bhau Kadam, Vaibhav Mangale, Jagganath Nivangune, Milind Shinde, Pooja Sawant, Madhav Abhyankar, Sanskruti Balgude and veteran actor Vijay Chavan cast alongside superstar Sachin Pilgaonkar. The story and screenplay have been written by Parag Kulkarni, while Sanjay Pawar has written dialogues for the film which released on 2nd October, 2014 all over Maharashtra.
