Ramadan, the real Hunger Games!

Ramadan Kareem  to all of our Muslim followers! This beautiful month of fasting tests the patience of Muslims. It is celebrated during the 9th month of the Islamic calendar, and the 29 to 30 days of fasting ends with a celebration known as Eid-al-Fitr. During this month Muslims do not just avoid eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset, Muslims must also avoid lying, back biting, fighting, cursing, smoking, sexual activities and anything else deemed as sinful.
