Ashvin Gidwani Productions (AGP) will be presenting three of their longest running shows this Sunday. Promising an experience one just can’t miss, the three plays – Get Rid of My Wife, The Scent Of A Man and Blame It On Yashraj – will be entertaining Mumbai audiences. Don’t miss the laughter ride, this weekend.

Speaking about these plays, Ashvin Gidwani, MD and Producer, Ashvin Gidwani Productions (AGP), says,

“We are proud to be presenting these shows which have kept audiences in splits for the last two years. ‘Get Rid Of My Wife’ too, is back to entertain after a gap of two years. AGP has been staging blockbuster shows since our inception in 1995 and we will continue to do so in the future.”

Comedy theater at its best, Get Rid Of My Wife is written and directed by Paritosh Painter. It is about three friends Shree, Adi and Manav (one is blind, one is deaf and one is mute) and creditors. A roller coaster ride of comedy and laughter, the play boasts of a prominent cast comprising of Delnaaz Irani, Barkha Bisht, Nasir Khan, Balvinder Singh Suri, Jayesh Thakkar and Paritosh Painter. The Scent Of A Man consists of the talented cast of Ash Chandler, Bhavna Pani, Deven Khote and Suchitra Pillai. Set in present day Mumbai, ‘The Scent Of A Man’ is a riotous and uproarious adult comedy, which centers on two married mismatched couples.

Blame It On Yashraj, the must see entertainer of the decade, written and directed by Bharat Dabholkar, is a hilarious story of a Punjabi/Bengali family caught up in the whirlwind of a wedding getting bigger and bigger by the day, when their darling daughter decides to marry a Muslim boy. Powered by a well known cast comprising of Ananth Mahadevan, Jayati Bhatia, Anchal Sabharwal, Punit Tejwani, Smita Hai, Gaurav Sharma, Palash Dutta and Neel Gagdani, the play promises to be a laugh a minute roller coaster ride. AGP looks forward to continuing their winning streak with the trio, promising an amazing experience for all.
