Buckwheat- Even though has the term wheat in it,is not a grain. Buckwheat is the seed of a plant and since the crop looks similar to the wheat it’s tagged as Buckwheat. High in fiber, protein and anti-oxidants Buckwheat is the best replacement for wheat and other flour products.
How many of you like the Rava ladoo? a.k.a a form of wheat ladoo which looks perfect, holding on to minute pieces of cashew and raisins. Well, I do!! But I can’t eat more than a bite.So, I imitated Rava ladoo and made my own raw version.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- 1 cup Buckwheat
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 3 Tbsp Raisin
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Soak the Buckwheat overnight in distilled water . Rinse it well and allow it to dry.
- Once dried blend it well, till it becomes a fine powder
- Take a bowl and mix all the above ingredients and start forming small balls
- Place it in refrigerator for longer storage.
Drop these yummy healthy tiny ones in your mouth, and enjoy every smooth crunchy bite!
