The trailer of David Dhawan’s much anticipated movie “Chashme Baddoor” opened to a great response with people quoting dialogues and calling it a laugh riot. Amidst the buzz, the team has launched a brand new poster of the film. The movie stars Ali Zafar, Siddharth, Divyendu Sharma and Taapsee Pannu in the lead. Chashme Baddoor is an April 5th 2013 release! Check out the new poster below!
The poster looks fresh and young with four actors who have never been clubbed together before. All these stars are seated on a quirky looking scooty with the guys’ ogling at Taapsee. The tagline of the film reads “Har Ek Friend Kamina Hota Hai” which is very catchy and apt for today’s youth. The background of the poster has a very retro feel to it with a traditional café backdrop and showbiz bulbs. All in all Chashme Baddoor has managed to impress their fans with their poster.
When asked to comment upon the project Zafar said,
“When I saw the original Chashme Buddoor, I knew that the plot must retain its authenticity. Also, while it must have been a challenge to render it into modern times and aesthetics, David sir has done a brilliant job. It’s a family entertainer. I think we are all excited about it.”

Though the script is kept in wraps, this movie seems to revolve around a bromance with a twist in the tale. The poster has created quite a stir on digital platforms with fans tweeting and sharing it across social properties. With David Dhawan back on the field, we are expected to buckle up and enjoy a ride of laughter riot. The film is set to release worldwide by Viacome 18 Motion Picutures on April 5th , 2013!
