As I finished my Ashtanga practice, instead of feeling light, I felt grumpy; my practice didn’t feel smooth and I lacked quiet a bit of energy. I just wanted to find something that is natural and healing and helps to keep my energy level constant and lubricate my joints more. I found Shilajit – also called Shilajitu in Ayurveda.

Shilajit is a dark brown color substance / powder  which is found in Atai or Himalayan mountains and it basically seeps through the cracks in the rocks due to the heat of the sun.It has been known as a famous adaptogen fightging stress and anxiety.
