What do you need?

  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 2  Tbsp cumin seeds

What to do?

  • Blend the above ingredients – except cumin seeds – until it forms into a smooth texture
  • Pour the blended mixture into a pot and warm it up at low heat
  • Dry roast cumin seeds and add it to the soup

The final result is a soup that is high in fiber, anti-inflammatory, and filled with Vitamin C and K!
