What do you need?
- 2-3 Carrots
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Ginger
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1 Lemon juice
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2 Tbsp cumin seeds
What to do?
- Blend the above ingredients – except cumin seeds – until it forms into a smooth texture
- Pour the blended mixture into a pot and warm it up at low heat
- Dry roast cumin seeds and add it to the soup
