Syrene gets UNLEASHED!

There are many female artists that are taking over the asian music scene!  Something must be in the water across the pond as many female artists are based abroad.  Syrene is the latest one and has a very unique voice with the twist of Bollywood and Gaga both!  Syrene was approached by producer Shayal to bring her Bollywood influences together and create her first single “Main Hoon Deewani”.

With her quirky blue hair, ‘Gaga-esque’ style and powerful Bollywood inspired Hindi vocals, singer-songwriter, Syrene is about too take listeners on a ride!

‘Main Hoon Deewani’, the debut single by the feisty singer is catchy, with drums that rattle your bones and haunting vocals that you can’t get out of your system, guaranteeing that everyone who hears it will quickly become Syrene’s ‘deewana’!

Syrene started her musical career at a young age, singing in shows with her father, a former semi-professional singer.  Drawing influences from legends such as the late great Mohammed Rafi, and the evergreen sounds of the two undisputed queens of playback, Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle, Syrene refined her sound making sure it was authentic, yet contemporary.

Syrene is representing that emotion as two alter egos, the innocent versus the mischievous. It draws upon fashion cues from world renowned photographer Rankin.

An all-round entertainer Syrene not only writes her own song,s but also choreographs all her routines too and has been instrumental in the final look and feel of the video.

Syrene says: “Working with Shayal and his team has been a dream come true. This is the opportunity I’ve been ppracticing rehearsing and generally been chasing all my life. Excited to be sharing my passion and my story is a total understatement.”

Will she be able to unleash her talent and her performance to the world! We will just have to wait and see what she has in store for the everyone! Till then, check out her latest video and let us know what you think!
