The Kapoors are coming back to Canada and this time with more – not only are they coming, but they are joined by many others such as Boman Irani and Neha Dhupia! Five of Indian Cinema’s brightest stars will be coming to the Powerade Centre for the inaugural season of Indian Cinema in Conversation.
The five-part series features in-depth conversations with superstars Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Neha Dhupia. The first event will take place on Sunday, May 6 with the legendary actor, director and producer Rishi Kapoor, and revered actress Neetu Kapoor speaking about their incredible lives and journey through Indian cinema. On Saturday, June 16, beloved comedian and actor Boman Irani will regale audiences with his humor and insightful stories, and perhaps even a song or two as he looks back at his decades as one of Indian Cinema’s most entertaining personalities.
Saturday, July 28 will see the gorgeous and talented Neha Dhupia take the stage for an intimate evening in conversation with the popular beauty queen as she shares her journey as one of the industry’s truly evocative and unconventional actresses.
On Wednesday, August 8, fourth generation of the legendary Kapoor family, Karisma Kapoor will join the conversation! Her critical and commercial success as an actress has earned her the reputation as one of the hardest working and most adored figures in Indian Cinema, balancing family, acting and business with equal finesse.
The series comes to a close on Wednesday, August 22 with the exquisite Kareena Kapoor, one of Indian Cinema’s most revered actors. Kareena will dazzle the audience with engaging stories of her experiences and a rare window into her unique life. Audience members will have an opportunity to ask questions of the stars live from their seats.
