“Kinna Sohna Munda” is the second single from BIK.I.AM, the highly anticipated upcoming album from New York based bhangra star, Bikram Singh! Earlier this year, Bikram had released his first single, “Beyonce” which gained popularity almost immediately.
Although, the lyrics and the composition on Kinna Sohna Munda may be traditional, the production is as fresh as ever! The chorus is taken from one of the folk Punjabi “Boliyan,” while the rest of the lyrics were written by Bikram & Tigerstyle (Raj & Pops).
A clean, traditional/urban video has been shot in California and should hit TV stations as well as social media networks within the next few weeks. Stay posted to Urban Asian as Bikram & Tigerstyle will soon be making an official announcement of the release of BIK I AM together!
