Subhash Ghai’s Whistling Woods International has become one of Asia’s biggest Film, Television, Animation and Media Arts Institute and was even listed in the Top Ten film schools in the world by The Hollywood Reporter! Recently the school celebrated it’s 5th Anniversary on it’s Annual Convocation day where they also honored many Industry Veterans!
The beautiful Shabana Azmi and the talented Ronnie Screwala were present at the convocation to encourage the students that would produce tomorrow’s stars. Legendary filmmaker, Yash Chopra and talented music composer Khayyam Saab were also present and honored with the WWI Maestro Award!
“both Khayyam Saab and Mr. Yash Chopra are stalwarts of our industry and have been great veterans. Their presence on this significant occasion is truly appreciated,” said Subhash Ghai. “Their achievements are as source of inspiration for these students to achieve their dreams.”
The talented students of WWI have obtained placements in prestigious production houses such as Endemol, Dharma Productions, Anil Kapoor Productions, Epigram, Prana Studios, Sanjay Leela Bhansali Films, Vidhu Vinod Chopra Productions, Prakash Jha Productions and many more!
