For the actress, author, and producer Tisca Chopra, reading is a part of her daily self-care routine. She “must read a little bit each day”, even if it is just a few pages. By reading a book, she spends time alone which allows her to relax and de-stress.
Two of this Bollywood celebrity’s favorite self-care practices include yoga and meditation. Payal Ghosh contends that yoga improves her mood and provides her with tons of happiness. On the other hand, “meditation reduces stress and enhances [her] self-awareness.”
After a busy day serving clients, Bollywood PR guru Dale Bhagwagar loves to unwind with some exercise. He not only values physical activity as a way to stay fit, but also as a self-care practice. In addition, he enjoys river fish and coconut water.
For Bollywood actor Vipin Sharma, self-care is a part of every meal. He engages in healthy eating habits, which improves both his physical and emotional health. In fact, he recently consulted a “nutritionist to learn more about health and wellness in regards to food.”
