Yohani leaves for Srilanka today. Her song Manike Mage Hithe has been one of a kind and the talent is now globally recognised and loved.
Yohani had announced a few months ago that she had shifted base to Mumbai. The talented singer has signed by a label where she has back to back Hindi songs lined up.
Fans from India and all across the world poured out wishes on her new journey.
But her sudden departure from the country left some questions amongst the audience.
Yohani in an exclusive conversation with us, revealed the reason for her going back to Srilanka.
“I’m going home for a very short span. The amount of love I have received in India is amazing. Mumbai has become second home. It never made me feel like I was away from family.”
Yohani will also be releasing two of her original English single’s by the end of August. One of the song. It is composed, written and sung by herself which also shows the multi-talented side of Yohani.
Yohani concludes the conversation by saying,
“I have to head back to Srilanka to complete a few projects and recordings. I will also be performing a private show there. I’m very excited about it.”
Yohani has a busy schedule lined up. The ace musician will be jampacked with promotions of Manike Mage Hithe. A few recordings when she returns to India, that are all lined up.
