T-Pain heads to India again!

World renowned recording artist and producer, T-Pain, is heading back to India!

For those of you who don’t know him, T-Pain is a mega-platinum recording artist and producer who’s sold more than 20 million singles and 17 million ringtones. He has produced and been featured on hit singles recorded by several other artists — songs that have sold more than 60 million copies combined.

He’s written and recorded over 40 Top 10 hits and 15 No 1 singles. In 2009, he released the groundbreaking iTunes app ‘I Am T-Pain,’ and became the first and only artist to ever hit No 1 on the iTunes App Chart. ‘I Am T-Pain’ was recently named the No 1 Selling iPhone Music App of 2010 and the No 2 Grossing Music App with total sales exceeding 2.4 million copies.

T-Pain has generated critical praise from fans, media and music industry alike — he’s garnered 13 Grammy nominations and 2 Grammy wins, and has been honored with a plethora of BET Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, People’s Choice Awards, Teen Choice Awards and Vibe Awards. For the past three straight years, he’s been named BMI’s Producer and Songwriter of the Year. T-Pain’s new album, rEVOLVEr, will be released in 2011.

After being there earlier this year, he is heading back to give the people of India another set of his performances. He will be performing in Pune, Delhi and Mumbai again. Some of his most famous hits, such as “Bartender,” “Buy U A Drank,” “Low,” and “Blame It” (ft. Akon). The multi-Grammy award winning rapper, producer and DJ will be hitting stages around India starting at the end of this week.
