Toronto, ON – August 31, 2026— Elizabeth Grant Skin Care, the heritage skincare brand that is female-owned and female-led, will launch Wonder Effect Retinol Ceramide Age Reset Concentrate on September 24, 2026. The concentrate is designed for all skin types, including sensitive and dry-leaning skin, retinol beginners, those returning to retinol after finding previous formulas uncomfortable, and experienced skincare users seeking a more considered, multi-ingredient approach to visible renewal.

The fragrance-free, milky serum is developed to help smooth the look of fine lines and uneven texture while supporting hydration, firmness, skin comfort and the moisture barrier. The Wonder Effect Retinol Ceramide Age Reset Concentrate will retail for $90.00 but the launch price is $60.00 (95ml).

The launch is the first introduction in the Wonder Effect Retinol Ceramide collection, which will expand to include a Day Cream, Night Cream and Body Cream. Rather than simply making retinol stronger, the collection is being developed around a more considered approach to vitamin A—pairing age-supporting actives with ingredients selected to support hydration, barrier comfort and consistent use.

A More Considered Approach to Retinol

At the centre of the formula is a gentle retinoid duo of encapsulated retinol and retinyl palmitate. The retinol is encapsulated for gradual release rather than being delivered all at once, while retinyl palmitate offers a milder form of vitamin A. Bakuchiol works alongside the retinoids to help skin appear smoother, firmer and more refined.

The formula also features encapsulated Ceramide NP, oat oil and niacinamide to support hydration, barrier comfort and skin condition, along with Torricelumn™, Elizabeth Grant Skin Care’s signature sea-kelp complex. The quick-absorbing concentrate has a matte finish and may be used morning and/or evening according to skin comfort and routine. When used during the day, broad-spectrum sunscreen should be applied as the final step.

Clinical Study Results

In a blind study conducted in Germany by Derma Consult GmbH among 20 participants over 28 days, clinical testing after daily use of Wonder Effect Retinol Ceramide Age Reset Concentrate found:

100% of participants saw an increase in skin hydration.
100% of participants saw an increase in skin firmness.
85% of participants saw an increase in elasticity.
90% of participants saw an increase in skin smoothness.
100% of participants saw a decrease in wrinkle depth.
