Peddi, written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Vriddhi Cinemas with Mythri Movie Makers, starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, has officially kick-started the countdown for the film’s grand worldwide theatrical release on 4th June, 2026.
Ram Charan’s Peddi stands among the most anticipated Indian films of 2026, generating massive buzz since its announcement. Backed by a strong ensemble including Janhvi Kapoor and Jagapathi Babu, the film has steadily built excitement with every update, from posters to song releases. Each reveal has only intensified the anticipation around the project.
Taking things a step further, the makers have now officially kicked off the countdown to the film’s release with a striking new poster. The latest poster presents Ram Charan in a relaxed yet intense avatar, lying back against a night backdrop with trees, holding a smoke, sporting a nose ring, and flashing a subtle smile, perfectly setting the film’s intriguing tone.
Sharing the poster, the makers wrote, “His story begins in 30 days. #PEDDI WORLDWIDE RELEASE IN CINEMAS ON JUNE 4th #GetReadyForPeddi.”
Peddi’s music is rapidly becoming one of the film’s biggest highlights, with every release amplifying the buzz. The first single, “Chikiri Chikiri,” grabbed attention with its infectious vibe and the signature touch of A. R. Rahman, striking a chord with listeners instantly. The track has already soared past 200 million views across platforms, setting a massive benchmark early on.

Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi stars Ram Charan in the titular role, alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under his banner, Vriddhi Cinemas, and in collaboration with leading production house Mythri Movie Makers, the film is scheduled for release on 4th June, 2026.
