Vancouver Fashion Week (VFW) We are excited to unveil the designers for the highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2026 season. For over 24 years, this prestigious event has championed Canadian talent while celebrating the global diversity of the fashion industry. With its distinctly multicultural approach and over 45 designers from over 10 countries, VFW has drawn international attention, providing both renowned designers and rising stars with a platform to showcase their creativity, strengthen their brand presence, and expand their media reach.

Fashion lovers and industry insiders will gather in Vancouver for a dynamic week of global style at Vancouver Fashion Week. From the refined craftsmanship of Japan’s Kizasi Aizawa and hand-printed pieces by Empromo, to the sustainable, upcycled creations of FLAKE, Remake Innovation Project, and NITENMON, this season highlights ethical design rooted in tradition. Ready-to-wear kimono looks from Valley’s Lily and detailed embroidery from kitakunoshishuuya will also grace the runway.

Canada’s Threads by Thea brings traditional Kahnawà:ke craftsmanship to the spotlight, while MJ Abaya Line by Mouza Jarwan from the UAE showcases elegant, contemporary abayas. BC’s atira x EWMA merges fashion and activism, and SKYE Apparel & Accessories presents quiet luxury through sustainable design. The avant-garde and artistic will shine with tunggiya, Katerina Palme, and Pauline Blind, while Japan’s ANAHATAU offers hand-sewn pieces inspired by Indian traditions.

Local talent continues to impress with couture collections from Eduardo Ramos, Fefe Couture, and the whimsical vision of ALEX S. YU. Edmonton’s Augusta Fashion & Textiles delivers minimal, inclusive designs, while The Cut Fashion School returns to spotlight emerging Canadian designers. Vintage aesthetics by DADA, casual unisex fashion from Dr.Y&K, and experimental designs by China’s JEPH YUTING round out a diverse and forward-thinking lineup.
From traditional artistry to modern innovation, this season of VFW promises a bold celebration of global fashion with a strong focus on sustainability, identity, and cultural heritage.

The highly anticipated SS26 season will showcase 23 designers across 5 days, delivering an immersive fashion experience that celebrates inclusivity, empowerment, and diversity. Attendees can expect a dynamic lineup of runway shows, each offering a distinct take on contemporary fashion. From avant-garde minimalism to refined couture, to timeless classics, the collections will present a visionary glimpse into the future of fashion—where global influences and diverse perspectives merge seamlessly, pushing creative boundaries to unveil groundbreaking and unprecedented styles.
