Pathaan, directed by Siddharth Anand for Yash Raj Films, set the record for the biggest opening weekend in Hindi film history on Day 3 of its release, grossing an incredible 313 crore worldwide in just three days! Pathaan set two new records with this achievement: first, it was the fastest Hindi film to break the 300 crore worldwide barrier, and second, it was the first Hindi film to gross more than 300 crore on its opening weekend!
Pathaan earned 38 crore nett on Day 3, a normal working day, while dubbed formats earned 1.25 crore nett. On Day 2, the total India collection was 39.25 crore nett (47 crore gross). Meanwhile, overseas revenue was astronomical, totaling 43 crore ($5.3 million). On Day 3, the total worldwide collection was an insane 90 crore worldwide gross box office.
After three days, the total India GBOC is 201 crore gross, and the total overseas collection is 112 crore gross ($13.66M).
