Premz Releases New Drill Single ‘RUPEE DANCE’

Rupee Dance, the new drill single from highly-acclaimed British Asian rapper, Premz, produced by Ayo Beatz & Wavy Boy Smith, is out Today, Wednesday 10th August.

Rupee Dance (‘Ruppee’ meaning money in Hindi) is a collaboration between a trio we’ve seen before – and they never disappoint!

Premz is most known for the love of mixing cultures in his music, and this single brings you something a little different, taking it down the drill route.

“I love listening to drill records, I made my first drill song “Gully Bop” with JJ Esko in 2020, I wanted to do it again as the response was positive and I enjoyed making that song. So we created this at the beginning of the year in three hours and have received so much great feedback and it’s not even out yet.”

Premz has already released 3 Albums, now 11 singles, and amassed over two million views and streams from listeners globally, with his unique infusion of cultures and real-life experiences. He shares through writing and rapping personal experiences that are relatable to others, abolishing the typical terminology of a ‘rap artist.

Premz was recognized as a BBC Future Sounds Artist in 2019 and had his own residency show on the BBC Asian Network later in the year. He’s been featured in leading publications such as GQ and The Guardian.

This single is co-produced by both Wavy Boy Smith & Ayo Beatz.

Wavy Boy Smith is signed to 7 Wallace/Universal Music Publishing. Smith is hailed by his contemporaries as a credible songwriter, artist and producer who has upcoming co-writes with Idris Elba and has worked with artists such as Wretch 32, The Fanatix and Sevaqk.

Ayo Beatz, a rapper, songwriter and producer. Ayo Beatz has had a Top 3 single in the UK charts after a recent song he produced for Wes Nelson, See Nobody. Ayo Beatz has worked with artists like Labrinth, Wiley, Chip, Fredo, Wretch 32, J2K, Mist, Professor Green, Skrapz, Red Cafe, Stylo G and Ghetts.

His past single Fly collaborated with the same duo and Jernade Miah received major play recognition on the following shows to date:
