Sanjay’s secret to a healthy body lies in a low carb diet that he has put himself to. A low carb diet restricts high carbohydrates containing foods like sugary foods, wheat, bread or rice. It is high in protein and includes more of meat, chicken, eggs and so on.
When asked to comment on his food habits and fitness regime, Sanjay said, “ I am a total foodie but to stay in shape, one must sacrifice right?
Well, I follow a simple low carb diet and sometimes also do intermittent fasting. The only thing I would like to say is healthy food habits include eating everything in moderation. That is the only way you’ll be able to maintain the weight you’ve lost.”
Sanjay, who is currently seen in popular TV show Kundali Bhagya, is also on an intermittent fasting schedule. This type of diet lets the person eat healthy for a particular number of hours and allows no food for the rest of the day.
