Digangana Suryavanshi who’s known for her roles in both south, as well as Bollywood films.
She reveals that she drinks Gur Sharbat which is jaggery water to help boost her immunity during the lockdown.
The actress who has a fairly holistic approach towards life believes in eating healthy and following a religious fitness regime.
“I have Gur Sharbat which is basically jaggery water. What you do it melt some jaggery and mix it into some water so it becomes like a nice sweet juice. Then you can also add some lemon juice and chia seeds too! This is a super healthy drink, and helps boost immunity! I have this about three to four times a day!”
She further adds,
“Along with having a clean and healthy diet, I also believe one should follow a good fitness regime to keep healthy. My grandmother always placed a lot of importance on breathing the correct way. She’s a yogi herself, and says breathing exercises like Pranayama always help boost the health of the respiratory system.”
“I along with my family members also stick to home remedies as much as we can. It’s a way of life!” she concludes. Digangana is currently at her Mumbai residence and is looking forward to resuming shooting for her upcoming Telugu film, Seetimaarr in which she’ll be seen opposite south actor Gopichand.”
