NEEL’s New Single “Take You Home” Is Out Now NEEL’s new single “Take You Home” is out now on all leading platforms. NEEL is an R&B/Pop, Bollywood-influenced singer-songwriter and producer based out of NYC. Born and raised in New Jersey, NEEL is influenced by both Indian and American cultures, which he translates beautifully in his music.

Surrounded by music from a young age, NEEL expresses his musical abilities through his wide-ranged vocals and by playing piano, keyboard, harmonium, tabla, drums, and guitar. Vocally trained in Eastern and Western classical music, NEEL is versatile in many genres, especially Urban Desi.

NEEL’s notable accomplishment to date is being a Finalist on the highly acclaimed reality television singing show SaReGaMaPa, both Hindi and Marathi. He was voted second-best by an audience of 2,000 in Los Angeles. He was also a winner on Shankar Mahadevan’s competition, Exodia Idol. NEEL’s singles “Make Some Noise (feat. Taizu)” and “Mud Aaja (feat. Violinder)” played on BBC Asian Network and The Bobby Friction show in the UK. NEEL was recently awarded “Best Male Singer” amongst competitors around America at the iFab Music Awards.

NEEL uses his music to spread love and create a change in the community. He has supported Unicef’s U.S. Fund for the earthquake in Nepal by raising over $2300, the prevention of farmers’ suicides in the Indian state of Maharashtra by raising over $1300, Syrian refugees relief, March of Dimes, Samar, ASHA, and SAMHIN. NEEL believes in the beauty of music and has collaborated with many artists such as Sparsh Shah, a talented child singer with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (i.e. Brittle Bones Disease), and Javed Ali, one of India’s top playback singers.

NEEL has produced and sung for Bollywood films and created his own original music. In 2017, he composed songs for the first Marathi-American movie, “A Dot Com Mom.” He also sang a song with Javed Ali entitled “Ishq Allah.”
