According to me, the most healthy people are the ones who have a healthy mind and spirit. Their outlook for life is positive, they carry welcoming energy wherever they go!

- Drink water, eat well is the most obvious yet basic foundation of good health
- Spend 30 mins outdoor every morning walk in a garden, look at the flowers or play a sport
- Relax and reassure yourself every day that life is beautiful and you’re blessed anyway you do this is true meditation.
