Ouch Did Bollywood Celebrity Nana Patekar Just Got Burnt?

Actress and Former Miss India Tanushree Dutta had walked off the set after alleging that she was sexually harassed by Nana Patekar in 2008. For a few days the story lingered around and then it vanished. Media reported the story, but according to the actress there was no compassion and no one was listening.

Tanushree Dutta disappeared from Bollywood for many years, but Nana Patekar continued his career. The actress recently has come forward once again with her allegations where she was not only harassed but was threatened too by veteran actor Nana Patekar.

Journalist Soumya Dipta recently tweeted a video of Tanushree Dutta being attacked in a car.

So what exactly you do when a bigger fish in the pond attacks you? You disappear! So did Tanushree Dutta for several years. The actress did not appear in films for many years.

It hurts to be #TanushreeDutta rn. To be alone, questioned. No woman wants the publicity that opens the floodgates of trolling and insensitivity. What happened to her on set was intimidation. Her only fault was she didn’t back down-takes a special courage to be #TanushreeDutta.

More Hollywood celebrities have been coming forward with sexual harassment Allegations after #MeToo movement started. #MeToo spread virally in October 2017 as a hashtag used on social media in an attempt to demonstrate the widespread prevalence of sexual assault and harassment. Then why not Bollywood? Why can’t celebrities speak up after 10 years?

And we definitely don’t believe Rakhi Sawant who usually don’t have any filter.
