After being a pioneer of the 6 pack ab look in the South in 2006, Telugu superstar Allu Arjun is all set to stir things up yet again with his latest fitness regime. Standing true to his fitness icon title, he’s in the process of becoming a lean mean machine for his next film with director Harish Shankar.
After the thunderous applause he got at the BO for his last release Sarrainodu, Allu Arjun is not one to sit back and just bask in its success. He has taken ownership of clocking in BO numbers like his seniors Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu and has already started prepping for his next to ensure he gives yet another power packed performance.
Says an insider source,
“He’s been killing it with his workout and diet regime and has already lost 6 kilos in one month. He’s on a zero carb diet which rips the body and allows for a chiseled physique. He is consuming only 800 calories of food a day as opposed to an average of 200 calories that a regular person consumes normally”
“He had bulked up quite a bit for Sarrainodu and now he’s completely reversed his regime to turn lean yet muscular. He works out in the gym with his trainer for an average of two hours everyday on a cardio focused regime with a weight training routine” continues the source
