#InternationalWomensDay: Modern day women from the male’s perspective

For centuries, the patriarchal society has viewed women as the weaker sex. While some aspects of the patriarchal culture revered women, others used the reverence as an excuse to constrict them from moving forward. Thankfully, today most men view women as equals and respect their contributions to society, we asked some of our favorite television actors what their take on the modern woman was. Here’s what they had to say.

The women of today are very sharp. They are equal to men in all respects. Women are powerful and perception and realities both have changed. Society is far more progressive than before. Woman security is still an issue at times that need to be addressed.

Woman is a symbol of love, care and composure. Women have proved themselves once again in every field in addition to home-making .A person who can build the future of her children who turn out to be the future of their country doesn’t have to prove that she can excel in any other field. Nevertheless, woman should be given all possible opportunities which can lead them attain greater heights.

Women have progressed a lot. Life without women is not possible be it mother, wife or daughter. Women are far more powerful and expressive than before in all fields. Man is incomplete without women.

One can see the strength of woman in their role as a mother and a wife. She is the one who makes a home out of a concrete structure with her warmth and patience. It sometimes is a sad thing when she is taken for granted. She keeps doing a thankless job all her life which is not an easy thing. But times have changed now. Everybody is aware and realize that women can walk hand in hand with men in every walk of life. But a thing that needs to be pointed out here is that women tend to misuse laws which have been made for their security. Everybody both men and women need to shed their egos in order that woman and man power is used constructively towards the progress of the nation as a whole.

There should be nothing but respect, adoration & admiration for women. In a few years hopefully women will be on the pedestal they deserve and we won’t even need to ask this question.

I am happy to see most of working females as Alpha females , they use their own mind in taking decisions and are no more controlled by hypocritic values of society , they are independent and strong enough to decide their life and lifestyles as per their priorities. The only unfortunate part is some women are misusing the laws made for their safety to take their personal revenge by filing false case against their spouse and his family. Overall all women have become very progressive and kudos to them , and they have made so strong impact that films like Ki and Ka are being made to celebrate their independence.

I believe that women is a mother and without mother nothing can grow or exist, just like our mother earth. Similarly without women life cannot exist and hence women hold the power to future and to take human race ahead. In today’s day and age also women are very independent, strong and inspiring. To name a few I have a list of my favorite inspirational women. Bachandri Pal – first woman to climb Mount Everest, Smriti Irani – Cabinet Minister of India who speaks like a strong lion when need arises and a few more very strong ladies.Kiran Bedi, Neerja Bhanot and the list goes on. Indeed women are truly inspirational, strong and independent.

As it is the 21st century and we call it an era of women. As per today’s scenario woman has become so dominant in the society which is a great thing and something to be proud of as there is no difference between a male and a female but on the contrary the misuse of law can also be seen by some women which is a very shameful act.

Women have re-attained the glory and status of the high exalted position that they had during the ancient era of the Indus Valley Civilization in which women were of equal and even superior status than men. As u can see for example, in the corporate, banking and other industries such as the film industry. Going forward in the 21st century their status shall be even higher than now.
