Vancouver Fashion Week SS20 2019 Is Back With More Glam
Vancouver, BC – Vancouver Fashion Week is proud to announce its 34th season taking place Oct 7th-13th 2019 at the David Lam Hall in downtown Vancouver.
Vancouver Fashion Week offers the ultimate fashion experience across seven days of runway shows presenting designers’ new collections for the SS20 season.
Spearheading diversity in the art and design world with an array of fashion talent from across the globe, this will be a dynamic celebration of individualism. We will be supporting Canadian designers, presenting the best in emerging talent and welcoming back local lines to the VFW runway. Our international influx of designers will feature talent from all corners of the Earth including Australia, France, Sweden, Japan, India, New Zealand, and South Africa.
This season the Designer Runway will see first-time showers in Vancouver such as PAINTERS (Korea), Celine Haddad (French Lebanese), DAHNA (Korea) Eva Rorandelli (Italy), Mónica The Label, (Australia), Feelomena (Italy), and North American designers, Senko (Canada), Ellen Wise Couture (SF, US), Claire Elisabeth (NY, US). Eco-friendly designers at this season’s show include CHIDO (New Zealand) and Aubrey Chayson (Australia).
VFW’s Opening Night Gala on Monday, October 7th will launch the season in style, with a highlight reel of looks giving a glimpse into the designer collections to be presented throughout the week. Every evening an array of designers’ work will be showcased on the runway and in the showroom. Additionally, Vancouver Kids Fashion Week will take place on October 12th-13th, 2019.
