For thwir latest venture, the duo will be diving into the world of event management. We got in touch with the newly created team of entrepreneurs to see what they had to say about their latest venture. Check out their thoughts below.
Why have you chosen to work together?
Vahbiz: We have chosen to work together because we always had a good working relation and of course a good friendship. We both are social people and we both have flair for this. Earlier Pankit did an event on the acid attack. I attended the event and felt that he did a brilliant job and that it would be a great idea for us to collaborate in the future.
Pankit: We have a good working relationship.What ever projects we choose to take up between the two of us, we will deliver with passion and quality as we complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
So what is the success mantra to build and run a successful business?
You must have that fire within!
Vahbiz: To be a successful entrepreneur, you must have that passion and fire within you. Always think big, and have high but realistic goals.
Pankit: Strike the iron when it’s hot, if you think that the idea is worth it. If you believe that the time is right to implement a plan, go for it and start your venture. Delay in taking action won’t give you any results.
Believe
Vahbiz: Believe in the work you do and follow your instincts, and you will see that success will follow. If you want to make a difference, or are attempting to change the world even a fraction, you must have full faith and belief in what you are doing.
Pankit: Though making money is important, don’t just focus solely on that aspect of business because those who do, perish in the long run.
Strive for excellence.
Vahbiz: Let excellence be your most important deliverable. You must provide clients with an experience that translates into a big “WOW”. When you offer quality, quantity will follow on its own.
Pankit: You have to make people fall in love with your work, service, and/or product. Give them what they don’t know they want and they will come back to you for more. This will set you apart, raise you above the crowd, and give you that edge over others. Success may or may not be immediate, but you will be a player for the long run.
Seek knowledge and grow as an individual.
Vahbiz: The only way you can grow is by learning more.
Pankit: And the only way you can learn more is by reading more. I have a huge appetite for knowledge and try to keep myself well-read.Passion, relentless hard work, intelligence, thirst for knowledge, and dedication are some of the traits required to be successful entrepreneur.
