A few years ago, Sonam Kapoor wore this same lime green color on the Cannes red carpet. Unfortunately, it was a rare fashion misstep from the sartorial superstar. While we hated Sonam’s over-the-top feathered gown, we adored the color, and think Aishwarya would pull it off nicely in this more conventional silhouette. It’s light, it’s breezy, and it’s glamorous…perfect for the French Riviera!

Aishwarya wore Rami Kadi to the Sarbjit premiere at Cannes last year, along with her infamous purple lipstick that had the internet buzzing for days. This blush pink and gold-beaded gown calls for a softer, more conventional look, and we think Aish would look exactly like the queen she is wearing it!

The blue-eyed beauty would give off some serious Frozen vibes in this dreamy Georges Hobeika creation! A headpiece and soft makeup would complete the look.

Aishwarya wears Cannes mainstay Elie Saab almost every year, and this champagne belted gown from the designer’s latest collection would suit her well! She may be playing it safe with the color and silhouette, but it presents the perfect opportunity to experiment with her hair and makeup. We’d be excited to see what her stylists would come up with!

While we love it when Aishwarya goes the princess route on the red carpet, it’s even better when she experiments!
