Netflix India recently released its latest reality series, ‘Social Currency‘, which brought together eight influencers to compete in challenges testing their influence online, offline and interpersonally. Each influencer came from a different field of expertise in terms of content creation, and they all left no stone unturned to win the coveted trophy and Rs 50 lakhs prize. One of the influencers to stand out and get people talking was Parth Samthaan.
Parth, known for his work as an actor in shows such as Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan and Kasautii Zindagii Kay, managed to make his presence strongly felt among the viewers. Many times Parth appeared as the odd one out as he was not as experienced with content creation as the other contestants were. This did not stop him from using the show as a learning experience, as he acquired many social media and content-making skills through the challenges and from fellow housemates.
Parth remained calm and valued the relations he was forming in the house, not paying too much attention to the negativity thrown at him, mostly from behind his back. His composed and sincere nature helped him excel in challenges, and Parth managed to finish off at third place in the show’s finale. Parth expressed his happiness and shared that he was not sad about not winning as he felt his fellow contestants were more deserving.
Parth Samthaan has won many hearts in this eight-episode series, and we cannot wait to see more of him soon. Fans are eagerly waiting for more announcements as the actor has been seemingly working on some films lately.
