A recent semifinals episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi turned into a fun and unexpected moment when comedian Harsh Gujral made a playful request to host Rohit Shetty.
As the contestants made it to the crucial semifinal stage, Harsh, in his signature humorous style, requested Rohit Shetty that he too had made it this far and jokingly asked if he deserved something for reaching the semifinals.
Harsh said in a witty way,
“Sir, even I have come till semifinals. I think even I deserve to get something.”
Rohit Shetty, taking the request in good humour, responded with a surprise offer which left everyone stunned, he said,
“I will give you a good role in one of my movies. I don’t know if I will be directing that movie or not, but I will offer you a good role in one of my movies.”
The unexpected response left the other contestants shocked, turning the moment into one of the most entertaining exchanges of the semifinal episode. Karan Wahi jokingly responded saying,
“we have been waiting since 12 years just to get a passing role and we didn’t get that.”
Gujral was also seen thanking the host for his generous offer.
While Harsh’s request was clearly made in jest, Rohit’s response has certainly opened an exciting new possibility for the comedian, who has been steadily making a name for himself with his stand-up comedy and live performances. His stint on Khatron Ke Khiladi has also given audiences an opportunity to see a different side of his personality beyond the stage.
From completing his Australia tour to now taking his comedy across Europe, Harsh Gujral continues to entertain audiences worldwide. The comedian will soon be back in India and in front of his home audience. With Rohit Shetty himself promising him “a good role” in one of his films, it looks like Harsh’s next big chapter could be on the silver screen.
