MTV India’s much loved dating reality show Splitsvilla has returned for its sixteenth season, and this time features two different villas. One where Pyaar (love) rules, and the other where Paisa (money) rules. While it’s only been the opening weekend so far, one of the contestants drawing a lot of attention both on and off the show is South African MMA fighter Tayne De Villiers.
Making his entry into the Pyaar villa in episode one, Tayne was introduced in the second batch of three boys and managed to impress the girls and viewers right from his introduction, which also showed his use and knowledge of Hindi. He also sang the title track of Saiyaara showing his love for Indian culture even further.
Tayne went on to receive the most heart lockets in his round, which made him one of the three boys immune from elimination in the first dome session of the season.
The precap of the next episode already has fans talking as things get heated and shows Tayne walking off during the dome session. What could be the reason? Only time will tell!
