Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav produced by Swastik Stories and airing on Colors bid farewell to viewers after a run of two and a half years. The show featured Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput as Shiv and Shakti respectively.

Right from the first episode, Shiv Shakti has captivated viewers across the globe. After the pandemic, this was the first show in the historical genre to receive a resounding response and top the TRP charts. The show not only revived the 8 p.m. slot on the channel but brought viewers back to the historical genre.
The story of Shiv and Shakti was presented beautifully covering the main themes of Tap (penance), Tyaag (sacrifice) and Tandav (divine dance of renewal). Every episode was a masterpiece with stunning sets and impressive visual effects accompanied by apt direction. The performances of the entire cast elevated the show even further. Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput’s chemistry is certainly going to be unforgettable, and so are their individual performances. Ketan Karande featured as Nandi, while Yash Bhojwani and Kaizan Khambatta were seen as Kartikeya and Ganesh respectively. Akangsha Rawat was also stellar as Asur Mata Diti.
