Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is having a fantastic week of episodes and fans are loving that family dynamics and values are taking precedence over repetitive third angles. In the latest episode, Tulsi’s late mother-in-law Savita appeared in spirit to offer some encouragement and remind her she is still watching over and cheering for her.
The scene reflects Tulsi’s thoughts and longing for Savita, especially at a time the family faces a lot of hardships. This is the second appearance of Savita, played by the powerhouse actress Apara Mehta, and we are glad we get to see her this season, even if in spirit.
Tulsi shared how things are getting rough for the family and Mihir always blames her and feels she doesn’t care for Pari. Savita assured her that this is how he is unfortunately, but Mihir is the first to apologize after realizing his mistake. Tulsi said she wishes she had her support, and Savita reminded her that she is still supporting her. She went on to tell Tulsi that in her lowest moments, she is that inner voice motivating and cheering for her. She reminded Tulsi that her love, blessings and comfort are still there even though not offered physically.
Tulsi and Savita are the Saas-Bahu duo which redefined the bond not just on television but for many viewers too. Making it extra special was that this scene came during the period of Pitru Paksha where ancestors are honoured.
This scene reached a deep part of viewers’ hearts and hats off to the way it was written and executed.
