The recent promo of Bigg Boss 18 shows host Salman Khan celebrating Diwali with the contestants and guiding them as he always does. However, one topic has caught everyone by surprise, and stems from a misunderstanding! On Bigg Boss 18, Alice was recently in a conversation with Karan Veer Mehra, where she mentioned how Kanwar’s proposal to her was not a casual one but one of lifelong commitment, whereby Kanwar saw her as the perfect life partner when he proposed. For the unversed, Alice and Kanwar were paired on Star Plus’s hit show ‘Pandya Store’ and their love story began during the show.
This statement of Alice was misunderstood as Kanwar and Alice getting married soon. In interviews with Kanwar, he clarified that a marriage ceremony is not on the cards anytime soon, and explained what Alice meant when she shared that in the Bigg Boss house. Somehow, through a web of videos and social media posts, Kanwar’s statement was turned into a ‘denial’ of his proposal to Alice, which she mentioned to Karan in Bigg Boss.
Unfortunately, this has become a topic on the show and has upset fans of the pair, popularly known as #KDice.
