Star Plus and Cockrow & Shaika Entertainment’s Teri Meri Doriyaann enjoys a loyal fan following and recently took a leap. The show now sees Angad and Sahiba living separated and having no connection with each other.
Sahiba (Himanshi Parashar) lives with her and Angad’s son in a village with a new character, Diljeet (Yogendra Vikram Singh). Angad (Vijayendra Kumeria) is seen in Brar mansion having hatred for Sahiba for losing his father and unborn child since he is unaware of the new information Sahiba had found out from the doctor before she left the city. Apart from his hatred, Angad is spoiling Simran, who is also filled with hate for Sahiba and anyone related to Sahiba.
Vijayendra Kumeria has been nailing his performance as a man who seems to have no heart more often than not after the leap. One scene however managed to show us the immense pain Angad has in his heart, and it was moving to watch Vijayendra’s fine performance. In the scene, Vijayendra was presenting a gift to his child, whom he believes is no more and was looking at a photo frame which he believes could have had his child’s picture. Vijayendra’s ability to break away from the stone-hearted avatar he has been showing since the leap and deliver the pain and feeling of brokenness to the audience is praiseworthy. We cannot wait to see new shades of Angad in the coming episodes.
Meanwhile, fans of the show wait for Sahiba and Angad’s reunion and for Angad becoming aware of his son Akeer. This will create an interesting situation as Diljeet also possesses deep fatherly love for Akeer. Will these tangled threads be able to untangle themselves? Only time will tell!
