Talking about how she and her family celebrate Diwali, Neha shares,

“We start our Diwali celebrations with Dhantesar Puja, followed by the main Diwali festivities. On New Year, we visit the Mandir and then go to friends’ and family’s homes to exchange wishes. Our tradition includes visiting friends’ parents’ places for New Year greetings. My mom prepares delicious Gujarati food for Diwali, and I thoroughly enjoy the festive treats.”

Sharing what her favourite part of Diwali is, Neha says,

“I enjoy dressing up, and the highlight of Diwali is visiting family and friends to exchange wishes—it’s become a cherished routine. Although I have a sweet tooth, I’ve been conscious about my food choices for the past year. The best part of Diwali, however, remains dressing up and spending time with family.”

The Supreme Court recently passed some measures to reduce the negative impact of fireworks on the environment, talking about it, the actress says,

“The decision to ban fireworks is commendable, but despite that, some people continue to burst them. I believe there should be stricter control, considering the large population. Personally, I’ve advised my younger siblings against bursting crackers to ensure their safety and that of others. Overall, the ban is a positive step.”

Neha Harsora’s excitement for the festivities is evident, and the actress wishes everyone a Happy Diwali!
