Kaveri Priyam shares her fitness mantra and how she maintains her fitness

Actress Kaveri Priyam, who’s currently portraying a very out of the box character of an NRI girl in the currently buzzing television show Dil Diyan Gallan is one of the most sought after actresses owing to her charming personality and fitness.

In an exclusive conversation with us, when asked about what does her work out sessions look like and how she manages to maintain her fitness in such busy working schedules, Kaveri Priyam shared some really motivational and insightful information about her routine.

Here’s what the actress had to say about how she manages to stay fit along with getting to do and have whatever she loves to. Kaveri shares,

“To be frank when I’m working on set for 12 hours and travelling 4 hours, I don’t get much time to work out but I make sure that I’m more than active by indulging myself in various fitness activities whenever I’m not working.”

Furthermore, the actress added

“I make sure that I go to gym or do yoga for an hour or two because then you have a longer time, which allows me to have the freedom to eat and do whatever I want to.“ She concluded.

On the professional front, Kaveri Priyam has also portrayed a lot of versatile roles in various shows such Ziddi Dil Maane Na, Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke and so on.
