Nivedita Basu who is head of content strategy and business alliances, Atrangii channel, and Ott and is a reputed name in the industry was recently felicitated with the Award titled Best Content Creator TV and OTT 2022 at Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award Films Organisation 2022 in Dubai.
She says,
” The award I got was of Best Content Creator TV and OTT 2022. I think awards for any profession matter a lot, however big or small it is because they give you recognition amongst your peers. And this validation is important.”
She also adds,
”A lot of people tell me to only go for big awards, well I tell them that any work you do, hard work is the same and results are same. I never consider awards big or small.” Speaking about her Dubai experience Basu says,” We had sponsored one award function from our channel but I wasn’t able to go because of covid so after covid going to Dubai was just like a blessing and the arrangements were done very well by Kalyan Ji. It was a recognized award because the name Dadasaheb Falke is a huge name and its first time taking an international platform. I am thankful to god for making me noticed among the people that I have made a difference to the community of media and television and now OTT. I hope with Atrangii I will reach to more and more places.”
In Nivedita’s more than two-decade-long career she has been the brain behind many successful shows and also launched many stars in the industry. She has the credit of most 100-plus episode shows with great trp. Understandably, that leads to great revenues for the channel. That’s the reason time and again Nivedita has got this kind of recognition and awards. Nivedita bumped into Arjun Bijlani, Arjan Bajwa, Kiku Sharda and Darshan Kumar at the awards.
